After booking your shoot you will get an email confirmation with your order number and shipping instructions to send your products to our studio.
Provide shoot directions or discuss with us.
To provide shoot instructions simply reply to your order confirmation with your instructions, shot list, sample images or reference websites, or you can upload during the booking process as well.
We Send Quote for Approval.
Once your products arrive and are checked in you will get an email. Our team reviews your instructions and provides a quote for approval prior to shooting.
Review proofs, pay & download files.
We send you a gallery to review and download your photos via email and in your account as well as your invoice which can be paid online. If you require any edits please contact us within 10 days.
Product return/ disposal. Order complete.
After your order is complete we proceed to return your products or dispose of them based on what you selected when booking your shoot.

At ProductPhoto.com, we pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times. Once your products arrive at our studio, we generally have your shoot ready within 7 to 10 business days most of the year for orders under $2000. Of course, during high demand periods or holidays there may be longer turnaround times. For orders that require custom props, complex infographics, or orders over $2000 it may take longer.

Can you shoot my product type ?
We’ve handled a lot of different product types over the years so we’re confident that we can handle yours too. If it’s something that can be shipped via UPS/FedEx and is under 5 ft and/or 70 lbs, then we should be able to take care of it. There are a few things we don’t shoot like Full Size Furniture, Live On Model Photos, Fresh/Frozen products (unless you have prior authorization from us), and anything hazardous or illegal. If you’re not sure if your product falls into one of these categories, just send us an email and we’ll let you know. We’re always happy to help out in any way we can.
Do you offer photos with models ?
At our studio, we offer two different types of product photography that include models: photos with hand and foot models, and lifestyle composite photos. For the hand and foot model photos, our experienced photographers will work with you to capture the perfect shot of your product. And for the lifestyle composite photos, we use a combination of stock images and your product to create a realistic setting. This is an cost-effective way to get high-quality product photos without having to pay for an on-location shoot. Do you offer photos for Amazon, my platform or retailer ?
Yes we work with Amazon sellers and virtually every other platform or retailer out there. We specialize in platform-specific product photography, and we can help you make sure your photos are looking their best on Amazon or any other website or retailer. So if you’re looking to take your business to the next level place an order on our website to get started. We’ll be happy to help you get the best product photos for your needs.
What Files Do I Get ?
We include high resolution files for all orders regardless of platform or package/service. In general, for on White photos we include a PSD and JPG file with a clipping path. For lifestyle, creative, and on color photos we include a high resolution JPG images. For platform-specific packages we include the files in the correct format and size. If you need a specific or custom format/file type feel free to let us know.
This allows you the freedom to use the photos however you’d like – whether that’s printing them out, using them on social media, or incorporating them into another project. Plus, it means you don’t have to worry about losing your original files or having to request them later on. So go ahead and download those high res files – we know you’ll love what you can do with them!
Do You Shoot Clothing On Mannequins/People ?
We shoot all clothing flat without any mannequins or people.

Policy
What is your Reshoot Policy?
At ProductVisualsPro.com we pride ourselves on our Sensible Reshoot Policy. If you tell us how to photograph your product and we don’t do it that way, we’ll edit or reshoot at no charge one time. We understand that sometimes things change, and you may want something different than what you initially specified. If that’s the case, we’re happy to do a paid reshoot under a new order. We do offer minor photoshop adjustments/corrections for free because we want you to be completely satisfied with your photos. So if you need a little help getting your photos just perfect, send us an email within 10 days of receiving your files. We’d be happy to help.
What is your Refund Policy ?
At ProductVisualsPro.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their photos every time. In the rare event that is not the case we offer a simple Refund Policy to give our customers peace of mind. If you’re not happy with your photos, simply let us know within 10 days of receiving the files and we’ll either make revisions under our reshoot policy or issue a refund for up to $1000 for customers that provided directions. If you didn’t provide any shot direction or instructions, we’ll still refund 50% of your order value up to a $500 refund. Any use of the images or failure to notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving files will result in the customer being ineligible for a refund. Each customer is only eligible to 1 refund, and future orders may require payment upfront if refund is claimed.
What is the Turnaround Time ?

Once your products arrive at our studio, we generally have your shoot ready within 7 to 10 business days. Of course, during high demand periods there may be longer turnaround times. What license type do I get with my Photos ?
We include worldwide royalty-free unlimited digital use with all photos that are paid in full. For Printed materials, including product packaging, we include up to 500K total prints
That means that you can use your images however you choose, with no time restriction. And because there are no additional licensing fees, you can save even more money.
Do you return my products ?
Yes, if you want your products returned we can make that happen. When you place your order you will be given multiple options that include paying for return shipping, disposing of your items, or including a return label, or even your UPS/FedEx account. For international orders we are unable to return unless you provide a return label and export documents.
